Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, final sale items and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes select intimates marked as “Final Sale.”
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate Your Request: Email our style-savvy support team at [email protected] with your order number and return/exchange details within 15 days of delivery.
- Pack Securely: Once approved, pack your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Back: Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you) and ship to: The Daily Drape Sales Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) and size/color preferences
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
