We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every fashion find as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free return policy ensures your style journey remains seamless.
Return Policy Overview
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Must include original packaging
Important: For hygiene reasons, final sale items and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes select intimates marked as “Final Sale.”
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps for a smooth return or exchange:

Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
2. Pack Securely
Once approved:
- Pack items securely in the original packaging
- Ensure all tags are attached
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
3. Ship Back

Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
4. Track Your Return
Keep your tracking number to monitor your return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We cover return shipping only if the item arrived damaged or defective
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item once we receive the return
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) and size/color preferences
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
